Welcome to Gravewater Alchemy. By accessing and using our website, products, and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone interacting with our business. If you do not agree with our terms or values, please do not engage with our website or services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.

2. Online & In-Person Sales Policy
We offer custom engraving and handcrafted products available for purchase online and in-person. The following terms apply to both sales channels:

• Product Availability: Products are subject to availability. Custom orders may have specific processing times, which will be provided before purchase.

• Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice. Discounts and promotions are subject to expiration.

• Order Cancellation:

  • Online Orders: Can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if the item has not entered production.

  • In-Person Orders: Due to the real-time nature of in-person sales, cancellations are not guaranteed once production begins.

• Order Modifications: Any requested modifications must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

3. Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:

• Online: PayPal, Stripe, Credit/Debit Cards

• In-Person: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Mobile Payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)

💡 Important Notes:

• Payments must be fully completed before production begins for custom orders.

• Chargebacks and fraudulent transactions will result in account suspension and potential legal action.

• We do not store customer payment details. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

4. Shipping & Local Pickup

• For Online Orders:

  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.

• For In-Person Orders:

  • Customers purchasing in person will receive their items immediately or on the agreed-upon pickup date.

  • We do not provide shipping for in-person orders unless requested and paid for separately.

5. Digital File Usage Policy
By purchasing or downloading any digital file from Gravewater Alchemy, you agree to the following:

• Digital files are for personal use only unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Files may not be shared, copied, distributed, modified, resold, or claimed as your own.

• Commercial use of digital files requires prior written permission.

• No refunds will be issued once the file has been purchased, as digital products cannot be returned.

• Unauthorized distribution, resale, or modification of digital products may result in legal action.

6. Refunds & Returns Policy

• Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from receipt of your item(s). If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable/Digital Products

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Health and personal care items

• Refunds will be processed only if approved after product inspection.

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

• For exchanges, defective or damaged items may be replaced upon request.

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Child & Pet Safety Disclaimer
Gravewater Alchemy sells handcrafted, artistic, and collectible items that are not intended for children or pets, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Many products may contain small parts, sharp edges, or materials that could pose a choking hazard, toxicity risk, or other dangers if ingested or improperly handled.

By purchasing from Gravewater Alchemy, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• Items are not toys and should be kept away from children and pets.

• The buyer assumes full responsibility for proper use, storage, and handling of purchased items.

• Gravewater Alchemy is not liable for any injury, harm, or damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow safety instructions.

8. Zero Tolerance Policy (Harassment & Respect)
Gravewater Alchemy upholds a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, abuse, discrimination, or misconduct, whether online, in-person, or through any form of communication related to our business.

Treatment of Employees & Business Representatives:

• Harassment, intimidation, or threats (verbal, written, or physical) are strictly prohibited.

• Explicit, offensive, or derogatory language directed at an employee will not be tolerated.

• Unwanted advances, sexual comments, or inappropriate conduct are unacceptable.

• Bullying, discrimination, or hate speech based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any protected status will not be tolerated.

Treatment of Other Customers:

• Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind in our community spaces will not be tolerated.

• Threats, intimidation, or inciting violence against another customer are strictly prohibited.

• Customers who violate this policy may be banned from our store, community spaces, and denied future services.

If you experience or witness harassment, misconduct, or inappropriate behavior, please report it immediately to HexHelp@GravewaterAlchemy.com. All reports will be taken seriously.

9. Product Photography & Promotional Use Policy
Gravewater Alchemy reserves the right to photograph and publicly share images of any item created, including custom orders, for promotional, portfolio, and gallery purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Displaying product photos in website galleries, social media, marketing materials, and digital storefronts.

• Showcasing custom engravings, artwork, and handcrafted items as part of our creative portfolio.

While we reserve the right to showcase our work, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers:

• Personal customer details (such as names, addresses, or order specifics) will not be shared.

• Identifying information (e.g., personalized engravings) will be censored when applicable.

• If a customer prefers their custom order not to be included in our portfolio, they may submit a written request at the time of purchase.

10. Right to Refuse Service
Gravewater Alchemy reserves the right to refuse service or decline custom orders that involve any form of:

• Hateful, extremist, or political content.

• Harassment, offensive, or discriminatory themes.

• Content that violates our business ethics or brand values.

We do not produce merchandise supporting political parties, extremist groups, or controversial figures. Any attempt to bypass this policy may result in the immediate cancellation of an order without refund.

11. Liability & Limitation of Responsibility

• Gravewater Alchemy is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use of our products.

• Custom orders are made based on the customer’s provided specifications. Any errors due to incorrect submission by the customer will not be eligible for refunds.

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
