Due to the nature of our products, our return and refund policy varies depending on whether the item is custom-made or a non-custom item. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Gravewater Alchemy sells handcrafted, artistic, and collectible items that are not intended for children or pets, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Many products may contain small parts, sharp edges, or materials that could pose a choking hazard, toxicity risk, or other dangers if ingested or improperly handled.
By purchasing from Gravewater Alchemy, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- Items are not toys and should be kept away from children and pets.
- The buyer assumes full responsibility for proper use, storage, and handling of purchased items.
- Gravewater Alchemy is not liable for any injury, harm, or damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow safety instructions.

📜 General Refunds
1. Custom Orders (Engraved & Personalized Items) – FINAL SALE
All custom-engraved and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless:
✅ The item arrives damaged or defective due to our error.
✅ There is a mistake in engraving that differs from the approved order details.
💡 Important Notes:
- We do not provide refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect information provided by the customer, or minor variations in material (such as natural grain differences in wood or metal).
- If there is an issue with your custom order, please contact us within [X] days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you on a resolution.
2. Non-Custom Items – 30-Day Return Policy
For non-customized items, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
✅ Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
✅ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
✅ Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
💡 Exclusions:
🚫 Gift cards, digital/downloadable products, and clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.
🚫 Engraved, personalized, or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns unless defective.
3. Refund Process
- Return Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection.

6. Gift Returns

By purchasing a digital file from Gravewater Alchemy, you agree that:
- Digital files are for personal use only unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- You may not share, copy, distribute, modify, resell, or claim the file as your own.
- Commercial use is not permitted without prior written approval.
2. No Refunds on Digital Purchases
- All sales of digital products are final.
- No refunds will be issued once the file has been purchased, as digital goods cannot be returned.
